      PHASE 1: Prep time

      Warmup Ultra and/or Muscle Relief Heat Cream: Friction rub muscle groups that are prone to stiffness or tightness for 3 to 10 minutes using this product. Adjust usage based in player preference for heat intensity.

      Magnesium Body Spray: Spray on targeted muscle groups before activity to replenish magnesium. No need to rub in; excess will evaportae naturally.

      Joint relief Spray:Apply just before strapping or training to provide immediate pain relief and promote joint and cartilage health, particularly beneficial for areas prone to pain relief or inflammation.

      phase 2: recovery time

      Arnica Massage Oil:Massage onto muscle groups for relaxation and recovery, aiding in the release of endorphins and dopamine.

      Arnica Massage Balm:Wax-based balm ideal for massaging targeted areas. Offers great glide for physio tools like scrapers and cupping.

      Magnesium Body Lotion:Use as a massage agent to loosen tight muscles, replenish lost magnesium, hydrating the skin in the process.

      Magnesium Body Gel:Alternative to lotion for massage, aiding in magnesium replenishment & recovery.

      Magnesium Body Lotion:Apply after showering in the morning and evening to aid in recovery and optimize daily maintenance of magnesium levels.

      Magnesium Body Soak and Hot Mustard Body Soak:Add one sachet of Magnesium Body Soak and one sachet of Hot Mustard Body Soak to a warm bathtub. Soak for 10 to 20 minutes to replenish lost magnesium and promote relaxation and recovery.
      IMPORTANT NOTE:Avoid Magnesium Body Soaks or Hot Mustard Body Soaks the night before competition to ensure peak performance.
