Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to.

Standard Delivery: Estimated 4 – 7 days

A tracking number will be provided 1 day after your order has been completed.

If your order is under £25 you will pay a flat fee of £5

If your order is over £25 you will receive FREE DELIVERY through our standard delivery service.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS:

Unfortunately, we can only change delivery address when the order status is showing as “Completed”. We cannot change or cancel an order once this status has changed.

Wintergreen Sport offices are closed on the following bank holidays as there are no courier or Royal Mail collections. Orders placed on these bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. (If a bank holiday is on a weekend, a ‘substitute’ weekday becomes a bank holiday, normally the following Monday)
